Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for all tinctures, which means you have 30 -days after receiving your product to request a refund. For health and safety reasons, we can only accept physical returns of unopened, undamaged, unused products. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Grow your own mushroom kits cannot be returned unless there are damages or other issues. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

To start a return:

1. Email us at hello@rsugarshackmushrooms.com

2. Repackage your unopened items with the original packing slip. If you don’t have the packing slip, please let us know.

3. Once your return is received and verified, we’ll refund the returned items and send you an email confirmation.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
