How does subscribe and save work?
We currently offer two subscription plans: Monthly and bi-monthly.
All plans receive 15% off the standard purchase price plus free shipping.
Our subscription plans have no commitment, so you can easily cancel at any time in your customer account, or by emailing us at hello@sugarshackmushrooms.com
Can I change the quantities and/or products in my subscription?
Yes, you can make changes anytime.
Go to your online Sugarshack account, the button is located on the top right of the menu, and visit "manage subscriptions"
Select which subscription you need to update to make changes to the product, size, quantity or frequency.
Please feel free to email us at hello@sugarshackmushrooms.com if you need any help with updating your subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to your online Sugarshack account, the button is on the top right of the menu, and select the subscription you'd like to update. From there, you'll find the option to cancel your subscription.
Alternatively, if you're interested in keeping your subscription but would like different items, you can instead make updates to the products and quantities in your subscription.
Please allow 24 hours for any subscription change to go into effect.
Subscription cancellations will not affect a subscription order that has already been processed. To request cancellation of a newly processed subscription order, please email us at hello@sugarshackmushrooms.com.
How do you ship?
All orders ship free. We ship all of our orders with USPS.
